We have a bit of a mix of inmates but in the main they're not too bad.

Generally there's always a bit of humour available. It makes the whole deal less stressful most of the time.

I'm an instructor in the prison kitchen so it's a bit less pressure than working in one of the units.
The prisoners do all the cooking and so we give them a bit of extra leeway at Xmas time.
Lends itself to a more Xmassy atmosphere.
Nice to be having a couple of days off now.
