Need More Time

To all my friends at WA, I am back at my computer after a brief interruption with the day job, I wish I could spend more time on my computer to get my site and business up and running like a well tuned engine but I guess you can't run before you can walk.

What have I been doing with myself?, well the other day I went for a bike ride, what about spending more time on your computer I hear you say, well it was related, I was getting fed up searching for decent free images to add to posts so I thought it's no good I am going to have to go out and take some myself, therefore my bike and I headed off to a beautiful location not far from where I live and I knew I would come across fellow cyclists, it gave me an opportunity to get rid of some frustration and have a good session on my bike, I was also able to get some good images and I wished I had done that in the first place.

I was keen to get home and transfer them onto my computer and I must admit I was really pleased with them.

I decided to write a short post about my little adventure which brings me to the reason for writing this blog, I would really appreciate it if any of you could spear a little time to read my post, titled, Healthy Living-The Cycling Way, my site is http://pedaltrek.com, I would appreciate some feed back on the post and images and if you could leave a comment that would be even better.
