Hi all, here is +30yo guy from Finland. I lost to WA-site originally half-unintentionally when tried to find out how to get referals to PTC-sites.

I have problem where under header of Post read like this: by Admin 45 min ago.

That is obviously Modified date, because I did publish Post 4 days ago.

Ques

Hey Antti,

In going to your profile in search of your "Follow Me on" section so I could find your website URL, I found nothing listed, therefore I can only guess.

When I make changes in any of my posts the "Published date" remains the same, so, once again, I can only guess that you have a plugin installed that is updating this information every time you update a post or page.

Hope this helps you.

Hi, Thanks for answer, here is my website post https://exercisewarrior.com/calisthenics-vs-weight-exercising

Theme: Maggie Lite
Plugins: All in One SEO Pack, EWWW Image Optimizer

Edited:
All went well in the end. Plugin named 'Post Date Time Change' did the job, I tested it again.. In Posts tab had to make the date change. I am sure, did try many times, but just did not work..
:P

Okay Antti, in analyzing your website... first off... and VERY important, you have not secured your website. See 1st screen print below...

Here's a tutorial to help you in fixing that issue: My favourite detector does not seem to be working any more, while several other different analyzers had issues with your website. One stated you had only 2 plugins installed, while others could find no plugins.

If you Google search "maggie lite support" (without the quotation marks, of course) then you should easily find the support forum where you can ask for help with this issue, as it may be an issue caused by a setting in your theme.

Hope this helps you.

Thanks for analyzing and fast answer :)
It seems SSL does not work in post, while it works in pages. I wonder why.. perhaps it is theme or because post is only site where is pictures. I will look into this hmh...

I may first test on different theme.

EDIT:
Test tells following: if I add picture in editor (ADD MEDIA), site's security in the browser's field bar shows as no security. Same is if use any picture on img src... tags

EDIT2:
Site's security been okay. I did make just mistakes with picture urls (were http. should use https.) That caused the problem post-view showed that no protection on. Thanks for WA-support

Hey Antti,

Just created a video tutorial to address the issues with security that you are having: Something to keep in mind in the future should you have this issue again.

I'm trying right now to get familiar with product listings making on deft, simple

Thanks for answer. That I actually hoped to here. :)

Woo-commerce is not required at all to start out.
All you need is your affiliate link and Amazon will take care of the order processing.

Ecommerce plugin neccessarity as affiliate?
