On this International Day of Friendship I invite you to express what friendship means to you.Friendship for me is found in one who brings out the best in me. It's one who is loyal and trustworthy, one I can depend on to be there for me through good times and bad. It is a mutual appreciation of two people.
What is a Family? Family is a basic social unit consisting of parents and children. It is not one we can choose but one we are born into. Wow! What an experience! The birthing process is an amazing part of this universe. My daughter had a boy - Micah Jay.She went into labor on Sunday morning at about 1:30a.m. She did not deliver until Tuesday night at 9:31p.m. This was over 68 hour of laboring to bring this little one into the world.Micah weighed 9 lbs 11 oz and measured 23.5 inches. Our first grandchild, a boy, was due on May 3rd. We are still awaiting the arrival of Micah. Yesterday, early in the morning she started laboring. Twenty four hours later she is still only 1.5cm. I am hoping that it will happen soon as the pains are very intense.As you can imagine, I am experiencing labor pains along with her, my only girl of four kids.
