Yep.
If your websites are here, I would ask site support for a backup copy.
To delete a dot com if applicable, click details on the subdomain in question in site manager, onward next page, scroll all the way to the bottom, and click delete Strategies for Selling Websites & Domains

Not to my knowledge. You capture someone's email only when they sign up to your newsletter.
