This will be my 1st blog post on here as a Premium Member--I'm so EXCITED!

SPENDING HOURS ON RESEARCH BEFORE JOINING

11/20/2019: I started my 1st day of my FREE TRIAL & checked out some training here on Wealthy Affiliate, which I found to be very straight-forward / comprehensive & easy-to-follow [which is great because I am NOT tech-savvy for a lady in her 20's who is Anti-SmartPhone & Anti-Technology haha~]. Before joining, I also checked out some success stories of some well-known affiliates like Littlemama & the hundreds of dozens of other affiliates (too many to name!) to verify that this was for REAL and that the world of earning INCOME ONLINE [either PASSIVE or ONE-TIME] was POSSIBLE [I regret that I spent too much time on this].

HAVING DOUBTS--IS THIS FOR ME???

I still had DOUBTS about whether this was for me and whether I could be successful in the online world, but if other non-tech savvy people from different backgrounds [such as construction / service industry / medical industry] could start out with ZERO EXPERIENCE & still be SUCCESSFUL, then maybe someone like me could also replicate the same success that others had through HARD WORK & PERSISTENCE. The KEY is to STAY COMMITTED, be CONSISTENT & to FOCUS on the LONG-TERM GOALS. Oh, and to NEVER GIVE UP. Again, I spent too much time wavering back & forth about whether / not I was fit for having my own online blogging business [I don't see myself as a writer of sorts] when I could've spent more time jumping in & investing in the training--so for anyone who's out there reading this & oscillating back and forth about joining...DON'T WASTE TIME like I did.

STILL DOING RESEARCH BEFORE JOINING

Even after doing the free training provided, I still did lots of research on other training programs from other companies that also promoted educational services on blogging / doing affiliate marketing via Pinterest / etc & the list goes on [again, so many hours / days spent on this].

HURDLES & THE NOW

Personal life things happened & work was consuming so much of my personal time that my progress in actually getting started & going premium got severely delayed. I wanted to be sure that I had the TIME to devote to this business & I didn't want to waste a single day in my premium membership. But now that the CHAOS in my work & personal life has died down, I can safely say that I was FINALLY able to make the commitment to get started : )

WHY I JOINED

The community & vibe & support was what made me take the leap. I'm also a very straight-forward kind of gal. Just tell me how to do something & I'll do it if you give me clear instructions. I liked that the training on here was just simple & applicable--like going from A-B-C versus other free or paid training programs in the online world that didn't have all of their materials / education well put together. If you're trying to take advantage of free training programs & other resources found online, you'll just dig yourself an endless rabbit hole and get distracted without ever getting started, thus wasting more time. Joining WA where everything is just laid out for me clearly was the most EFFICIENT decision I could make. PLUS, the $360 yearly fee was such a STEAL! I think I spend about that much on sweets / coffee / milk tea on a monthly basis & it's not going towards anything like my FINANCIAL FREEDOM, but my stomach.

LOOKING FORWARD

I do look forward to learning from everyone here. So far, people have been so welcoming & people I don't even know have even followed a newbie like me here, and that says A LOT. So thanks for having me here Mr. Kyle & Carson : ) I'm eager to get things rolling now. It's going to be a LOOOONG road for me. Let's get to WORK!
