Enjoying The Journey
The road to success is filled with good intentions. However, intentions are not enough. Intentions with follow through is what will gain you the success you have worked so hard for. Before I came across Wealthy Affiliates, I was searching for something I could do that I could take pride in. I'm not going to lie to you, before starting this new path I couldn't even program my remote! Now, eight lessons in I have created a website! I have accomplished things that in the past I would have given up on. With the help of so many people's insight here, I have been able to navigate my way around. Not to mention how simple the creators of WA have made the site to not hinder, but help you.
I have actually taken the time to find out what really makes me happy. Something I can be passionate about. I have found my niche. I have never ever used that word in a sentence before and now, it is a word that I think of constantly. I made a list of things that I really loved and began crossing off the one's that I felt I couldn't really give my all to. The winner is, (drum roll please.) Classic clothes for children. The retro look, the vintage look in children's wear is something that I have always admired. I am feeling hopefully optimistic on what my website will become.
In three months I am hoping to be helpful to others here in the community. I want to be one of the success stories that many will look back on and say,"Well, if she can do it, so can I." I work a full time job and am the proud mother of an adult daughter with disabilities. I am a wife, a daughter and sometimes an Uber driver when someone needs it. However, I am finding the time here to invest in our future because I know it will be worth it.
Nothing in life is free, and nothing in life comes to you without hard work and determination. The saying,"Good things come to those who wait," couldn't be more true. Great things come to those who keep learning and evolving.
Thank you for all the help I have gotten so far. Every critique is welcomed as their is no such thing as a mistake, only a lesson learned.

Luvvin your energy Liza. Very interesting niche. Kids always need clothes of one kind or another. Congrats as well from graduating from a technical nobody to now zooming with the building out of your website. Keep up the super work.
