My parents are in their 70's now and worked during the days of typewriters, printing presses, and radio and televison development. They were impressed with the cordless phones of the 1980's and stunned at mobile devices. They both had younger secretaries assist with their computer needs. Now, today as they enjoy their retirement, they sit back and watch the younger generation try to experience the world thru computer technology.

As a new business owner, determining the content of your promotional pages is very important. Who are you marketing to? How do you plan to assist them? What products are you comfortable with promoting? How do you gain a membership subscription from those who visit your websites? Thing one thing that we must remember is that we must be patient. We are the generation which has been blessed by the sacrifices of our ancestors and their wisdom. We can put the computer down, go spend time with family and come back online and see that while we were busy with the younger generation the internet still managed our business for us.

Such luxuries were not possible when my grandmother was born. Interstates were never even heard of, and the way to get to town was to ride your horse! How blessed we are to have the capability to create our own business and receive funds thru computer software promotions.

I would love to hear from some of you...what technological advancement impressed you the most growing up?

Its hard to deal with the mellinials. there attention span is very short. I guess we also hav le to shorten our review.

The younger generation doesn't have to wait long for anything. In my grandmother's day they had to wait for the garden to produce the food on the table, and there was no such thing as a restaurant. We must show them how to have patience, and to be grateful for the gifts we have now.

Yes! patients are less practice today. we are living in the world of INSTANT. instant noodles, instant foods. even instant baby.

I believe you should let your parents join you in WA,

My mom is completely computer illiterate. And what is more she doesn't have the patience to figure out a machine. She has grandchildren to manage the computer and cell phone for her!
