ok so i created my 1st website but not to sure its what i really want it to look like. got sum great feedback from someone in the community who sd to try and get as specific as i can. and target a specific group of people that i would be more inclined to recruit myself. please would love some feedback.

Recruitment processes for what applicants? is even narrower

The more you narrow it it will be a good niche.

You said you like helping people find work.

Lots of people are looking for work.

You could put up a site about how to do a job search.
The site could offer valuable information to job seekers about how to get a job.
You could also talk about resumes and preparing for job interviews.

Another angle might be recruiting. You could do a site about how to recruit the right talent for the right job. I would assume small business owners and or corporate middle managers would be interested in recruiting tips.

The key here is that you have credibility. You have done the Office Manager job so that makes you an expert.

Since you were an office manager at a temp agency, you have even more credibility when talking about how to get a job as a temp or how temps can fit into a recruiting strategy.

The first certification course here at WA says that you can make money in any niche. You've got knowledge and credibility in the temp HR niche.
