Oops, I didn't realize how old this was and that I'd already responded to it LOL! I found it today in the newsfeed and thought it was just written LOL!

I have written an entire book on this topic! It is a serious problem when one is expected to roll with what everybody else does - work your pants off for someone else and make an income that's only as high as the ceilings are in the rented tenement you're living in and, like you said, realize someone else's dreams and not your own!

I share the same sentiments, I'm beginning to struggle with committing to working a M-F job. I'm so in love with my website I want to devote every waking moment to it.

Amen to this!! I am in the same boat trying to make enough to quit my day job and do this full time!
