I want to hear a few suggestions or opinions on what do you think would convert the best for a new website, Facebook ads or Adwords, and why? If you have experimented with one
Facebook - you can dial things in much better using their advertising and you can get started for as little as $5 per day. And you can even do video advertising - which is the route everything is going.
Even Zuckerberg said in 5 years FB will mostly be video
Should I use facebook or adwords for paid advertising?

Like Leo, I'd go with Facebook. It's cheap and it works. You have the possibility to drive traffic to your site, but also to grow your page followers and audience at the same time.
AdWords can be expensive depending on the competition and you must already be geared toward converting people into subscribers/buyers or you'll lose lot of money.
