How My Website Is Progressing

I have just completed Level 2 on the certification course. I have to say the training so far has been top notch. Just to know that what I am doing is correct. The step by step training is amazing and the community is mind blowing!
When I got my offer to upgrade to premium I jumped at the chance! The main bulk of my website is pretty much complete and along with the page content I also have my first post up! Below is a screen capture of my website at present.
Take a look at my site over at Virus Refuge. My niche is based on antivirus solutions for your pc and mac.
Header Graphics
So far not much has been mentioned on how to create your own graphics for wordpress but that's not what this training is all about. I tought myself how to make my header image on my website. Below is a screenshot of my image.

My Hopes For The Future
Right now I have no affiliate links on my website. Why? Simply because I want to build my audience first. I want my visitors to trust me and recognise me as an expert in my chosen niche. Until I have build up a reputation and some solid visitor numbers I won't be putting up any affiliate links.
I expect within 3 to 6 months that I will be in a better position to add affiliate links and start generating income with my new website.
Excited To Start Level 3!
I have to say I am pretty excited to start level 3!! It's all about how to make money with your website. Some great training awaits including affiliate links, advertising banners and leveraging product reviews.
