Losing More Than Just Focus
I have written and re-written so much just for this one blog post. This is going to be a real post of real feelings of discouragement.
I originally started this just for something to do. Being a stay at home mommy that is literally stuck in one room can make you go stir-crazy. (we are moving into our own place in a month so that will definitely make a difference). I just wish I could see some progress in my work to keep motivated to do more.
It seems as though some people have actually made a profit with this program but I am not among those people. I have put in tons of hours and tons of work and have not seen anything from it. I am going to continue to work towards my goal and not give up because I told myself that I didn't begin this with the intent to make money.
I now have come up with an out of the box method to get to work and help financially without sacrificing raising my son and still being apart of his daily life. I am trying to get hired at a daycare in my town. That way Emmit gets to play with other kids while I get to watch and get me out of the house at the same time. Hoping that pulls through for me. I think the most difficult part of being a SAHM (stay at home mommy) is the fact that you don't feel as if you are contributing to the financial needs of the home. And this is not a problem for my husband, I guess it may just be a pride thing? But if I could make a profit with this program that I now have paid about 180 bucks to be apart of that would really make me feel good. I just see that I have soooo far to go left and it's really a downer. I think I may have gotten overly excited seeing that people have made sooo much and thought to myself "I can do that!"
I know what you are thinking...it takes time to build an empire. I know, I know. So I just keep going through the program and hope that it's not all just a waste of time or a scam. Man that would suck if it was a scam.
UPDATE! **
I may take this post down because after writing it and wallowing in my own pity party for about 15 minutes I decided to take action.
I was on Phase 5 of the bootcamp. But yesterday I did two things that majorly helped me. I went back to Phase 1 to go back through and read it all and "start over" learning but I am not erasing my website or anything that drastic. Kind of just going back over it. In one of the lessons it reminded me that I had a Google Analytics started. I hopped on that and seen that I was right! I had PLENTY of people coming to my site to check it out (662 as of yesterday) but the problem is something within my site (could be anything ranging from the content or its not interesting or not appealing or anything) and I have a 94% bounce rate (If you haven't made it that far, it means that is how quickly someone gets on my site and then gets back off!)
Soooo, now my action will be to "restart" the training and to be more involved within the WA Community and get more and more feedback on my site so I can improve and start turning those viewers into potential candidates!!
So this very sad post turned a bright corner :) LOL

Amber, you can do this. It does take time and it takes work. You do have to step away at times to refocus your efforts.
I understand that you feel you need to be contributing from a financial standpoint. If you spend the time, take the training and follow the steps you will get there. I have not made any money either and am approaching 5 months.
But I am seeing small successes that make me realize that I am on the right track. I know this is not a scam. A scam would say you are going to make money right away. WA makes it clear that it takes considerable work and a time investment.
Success comes at different times for different people. You are obviously successful already. Being a SAHM has got to be one of the hardest jobs in the world. If you can do that you can do anything you put your mind to!
Amber, have ben here 3 months, and not made anything, but knowing that since I am major distracted right now wityh a 70-80 hr a week driving job, am still accomplishing quite a bit, and I can see the big picture. The ones who are making an income have been in for awhile, and we will get there as well. Don't lose hope, and stick to your vision of what brought you here. I can assure you this is not a scam. Kyle & Carson never promised to ever pay me, but offered the platform that I can use to build a business of my very own. Unlike every thing that is out there on the internet, I have not seen one that even comes close to what is offered here for such a minimal fee. What stage are you at with the Course you have chosen?

Thank you for the SAHM comment, that really lightened my spirits!! I did step away for a little bit but it was because my little one has learned how to move (and get hurt if I am not watching very closely lol) but now I am back and remotivated!
