The Make Money Online Dream

For over 20 years, I have wondered whether the make money online dream could be a reality. I loved the idea of travelling the world and working from my laptop, rather than being stuck in an office doing the 9-5 life sentence. I remember spending hours searching for an online business that would work but I was often left disappointed. However, as a part of me always believed it was possible to make money online, I often found myself searching once again.

Nowadays with more and more people making significant amounts of money online, most of us know this can be a reality for anyone and not just a pipe dream.

Many of us often think we can't do it for various reasons, such as not having enough time, having young children or other family demands, having health issues, etc. There are always various reasons why we can't do something if we are looking for a reason.

There are many successful mumpreneurs making money online whilst taking care of young children. Numerous online entrepreneurs have continued working full time whilst building their online business. There are also successful online entrepreneurs who have complex health conditions. For example, the founder of Smart Blogger (Jon Morrow) is wheelchair bound and can only feel his face. Yet, he has created a blog that earns over $100,000 a month.

Clearly, our current situation does not have to determine our success or failure. The examples above tell me, if you want it bad enough and take the right actions you will eventually make success happen.

There are social media influencers, bloggers, YouTubers, etc, that have completely changed their lives and made incredible amounts of money online. The one thing they all have in common is commitment! Without this kind of commitment you will just keep jumping from one shining new object to the next and never get to success.

I'm really grateful that I made the decision to be committed to Wealthy Affiliate when it comes to learning how to build a successful business online.

By reading the information other members are sharing, I have realized although Wealthy Affiliate teaches you all about affiliate marketing, you are in fact laying the foundations for creating multiple income streams in the future. Once you have a successful blog, you can sell your own products or services, make money from ads on your website or even sell your website.

I know, when you are at the beginning, it can all feel overwhelming but WA takes you by the hand and shows you what to do and how to do it in small manageable steps. Also, you quickly realize that the successful members on this platform will always remind you to follow the training.

Once you have completed the training there is so much more on the platform - from weekly live sessions to webinars, video training, tutorials and courses covering every topic you will need to create your successful online business. Furthermore, if you get stuck at any point, there is support from members who are at various stages in their own financial freedom journey.

Confession, I could easily spend the whole day reading success stories on WA. Although, this helps me to feel inspired and excited I know it will not lead to my own success unless I follow it up with the right actions.
