So far I have managed to sub item my post under my categories, but for some reason one of my categories is being displayed as a sub item. How do I go about changing it back to
You must go into Appearances then Menus
Find the one you want to change and it should be as simple as click on it, hold the cursor down and ease it to the right.
That will make it a Header and the little sub-menu text should have disappeared.
Remember to save/update.

Go into 'appearance' / 'menus' and then you can simply 'drag and drop' the menus you've create into the position you want. The position they are there is how they will be positioned in the menu on the front end of your site.

You can add or modify categories
Once done they will show up in the sidebar of your posts... just flag them or add a new category in posts

ive tried everything possible to verify my website with google webmaster and it is not working, it has also told me to contact my domain administrator and verify that way. Idk

So far my site is all cluttered into one page, I'm trying to do categories and even created a new page, but with this being said it isn't moving my post over to the page, and t

1. Pages are used for special purpose like disclaimers, about me, privacy statements ... it is importAnt to write them with the helps of sitecontent
2. Posts can be enhanced by pictures, which are provided by sitecontent too
The website is enhanced by using widgets...
go to your wOrdpress dashbord>Appearance>widgets and there you can add images, text,... in sidebar and footer
