How much have you made?
I’m not asking. But I sure am sick of hearing the question when I recommend Wealthy Affiliate to someone. It’s a shame they don’t even give it a try especially when it’s free.
The people I know personally, who I think would actually do well in it won’t even try and I hope I’m not the only person that it’s happening to. Since I joined Feb 9th, 2014 it looks like 30 some people clicked on my affiliate link but only ONE signed up and even they didn’t make their profile yet.
When I work in the evenings I always try to get in a conversation with the customer and ask them if they ever thought about working from home or if they are happy with their job. I tell them about Wealthy Affiliate if they are interested. Heck, I even give them an example on how they can make money and still enjoy it at the same time. They seem very excited and end up giving me their email but then never sign up or go to the link.
I don’t get it. Maybe I’m doing something wrong? Or they’re just missing out. Either way, I’m going to keep on rolling and recommending WA because I think it’s the best thing that happened to me. I don’t expect money; I don’t even care if I don’t get any money for a year. At this time I’m doing it as a hobby and if money comes then that’s great! If not, then I’m still learning and moving along… I got all the patience in the world.
I will end with reminding you all this… Good things happen for those who BELIEVE, Better things happen for those who are PATIENT, and Best things happen for those who DON’T GIVE UP.
Keep on rolling my friends, success is just around the corner!

Keep working and think about targeting your traffic a bit more.
Where are these clicks coming from?
Are they people who are looking for what you are offering?
Just some thoughts. :)
I don't know if the clicks are from my website or not. I'm assuming its just from me sending emails to friends and strangers I meet from my second job.
They are not as eager or hungry as you are. When people are tired of the same daily work grind they will look for other ways to earn income. I am also not doing this for the money, but for the challenge.
When you are able to create your own website you can use yourself as a example to promote your cause.

Great attitude, YOU will go far!
Listen, I don't know if it's the way you are presenting it, but I know that people often say ''yes'' and then back out, about just anything in life.
There's what, like 108 000 members on WA?
I've looked around and a lot of them don't have anything up, some have been here for a while and don't have a website.
Yes, to some degree, everyone can ''do'' it, meaning they'll follow the instructions, set up a website, but won't go the extra steps which are: work at it, keep learning and be patient.
That's why in the end, I think ''success'' online can't be achieve by everyone. Some people are just not made for it, they are great in other areas, but lack 3 important elements that you mentioned: Believe, be Patient and DON'T GIVE UP!
