Getting Affiliates is hard!
It is! But don't let that get you down. Some companies will only take a website with a certain amount of traffic... who cares if you start off with a company no ones heard of ;) Got my first 2 affliates and got turned down by at least 7 others so don't be discouraged!!

There are two different ones. There is an affiliate program for eBay and then there is eBay enterprises that deal with 100s of companies! Such as, Toys R Us, Adam and Eve, and Sams Club. I can look and see if they have one geared towards dogs clothes and collars?

Once you are there, go down the page there will be a blue bar that says "contact us today to learn about our affiliate network". Click that and you will fill out a huge questionnaire. Then it takes about 48 hours max.
Once you get signed up it is called http://www.pepperjamnetwork.com/
They had 5 really good sites that you can apply for through them! I didnt even have a website yet and they accepted me. Very Easy!
