Google has a wealth of information for building your site and brand. The easiest way to capitalize on this information is to have a Google account. Whether you use the gmail account that is included or continue using another email provider is up to you.

What does google offer your site?

-Google Plus page- Google + is becoming one of the most recognized social platforms. It offers groups, business pages, community, Circles (for friends) and sharing. By using Google you are only helping yourself. Posting on Google+ is simple and easy. Plus, Google loves to promote things that are already on google.

-Google Analytics- one of the most comprehensive analytics on the web is offered for free from Google.

- Google Maps

-Business Pages- whether you have a storefront, office or website, having a business pages helps to extend the reach of your product or service

-Email- Gmail is a favorite for many. The email platform is easy to use and offers many features.

So... How do you sign up? 5 Steps

1. Begin by going to google.com
2. Click Sign In at the top right corner
3. under the login screen you'll see "Create Account"- select
4. Fill in the form (name, last name, username, create password, confirm password, your birthday, mobile number, current email for recovery and last the captcha)
5. Agree to the terms then select next step

You'll then be directed to the Welcome screen! Enjoy using google. In this post are only a few of the many options that Google offers.
