Hi Everyone!

If you are interested a tool for great looking photos, read on - because I found an awesome photo app! It helped me move forward with a profile picture and maybe you will find it useful, too.

For some time, I've wanted to update my profile picture. But, I've always found excuses not to. I just don't have a lot of good pictures and have yet to master the "art of the selfie".

However...

I found an app for the iPhone called Tadaa SLR (I am not an affiliate and therefore not promoting it, and this is not related to my niche). This app allows you to create a depth-of-field look by choosing which sections of the picture to leave in focus and which to blur out.

It took me all of 5-10 minutes using Tadaa SLR to create the blurred background in my (new) WA profile photo. Yes, I took that selfie in my own backyard and you really can't see the original background (which included a chainlink fence, swing, and plastic flower pot - LOL!) Now, I finally have a decent photo to put on my website's "About Me" page, too! And my Facebook, LinkedIn, Google +, etc, etc.

So, if you are looking for a way to get some variety and professional touches on photos for your website(s), check it out. It's not free, but IMHO reasonably priced for the finished product and ease of use!
