I am wanting to add a membership site to my website and wondering if anyone can recommend a free one that is easy to set up and offers drip feeding content. If not free - a one
I haven't yet found a piece of software that I like, but I'm interested in doing the same thing. I'll keep you posted if you will do the same.
Thanks - although I undrstand memberpress is a Wp plugin and membership plugins are not permitted here?? I am confused??

Hi - I quite like the layout of Yuki theme, but cannot work out how to create a new page with a similar look to the home page?
Has anyone used Yuki theme and worked out how
I test it first before buying in, because that can be expensive.
You want to make sure they are responsive, extremely light, fast, well coded, SEO optimised, flexible, adaptable and customisable
You may try GeneratePress or Premium where you can extend the theme and can have many layout templates.

Kadence WP with Kadence blocks

Blocksy

Thanks for these suggestions. Yuki is just a free theme but I quite like it. I am keen to look at your links though - thanks so much!!

Does anyone else have difficulty limiting the number of plugins?? What do you recommend for just keep it to 5 or 6 plugins? Thanks
You definitely need a SEO plugin. And WA support adds Kraken.io for image compression. The other plugins used depends upon your functional needs. Even though Site supports backs up our sites once a day, we also install a backup plugin - All in one migration. To add code for Google Analytics you will need an Ad inserter plugin. You will also want something for social media..
That depends from one site to another, no two are the same.
By default you get Kraken and the SEO framework with every new WordPress installation nowadays.

Hi Ally
First writing posts on your website should be your first priority As that is your online business where people coming to your website will read relating to your Niche.
Your content on your website will get indexed and with your unique writing for your readers have a great chance of getting ranked in the search engines.
As for writing blogs here within WA also know that they too can get ranked within the Search Engines as well.
However, the main reason for writing here to communicate more with your fellow members.
Plus it is also a great way to improve your writing skills posted within WA.
Also writing blogs within WA cannot use links to promote or other areas according to the WA Rules which is below so you know more on what you can or can't do here.
Whereas your content on your website is the place to promote your niche.
Hope that helps and here is the link to the WA rules Spam is a NO NO! Andre
Thank you so much Andre, a great explanation giving me much greater understanding. Much appreciated :)
You are most welcome Ally
Keep going forward and continue to believe in yourself and all you do.
Wishing you well
Andre
You are most welcome Anne and yes great to hear Ally asked the question it is important to know.
I have seen some blogs within WA on first page of Google in the past so definitely that all get ranked somewhere.
Remember if one of your blogs within WA gets seen on the top pages when somewhere clicks that post it will take them to your blog here and shortly after or if they try to click something more it will take them to the sign-up page for WA.
Just so you know.
enjoy your weekend and wishing you well
Andre
