Newbie - Choosing my Niche....help!!

I have a lot of ebooks and other recources for academic (university level) information about a wide range of subjects such as philosophy, sociology, physics, mathematics, chemistry, history, archeology, geology, and so on and so on and I was wondering what niche I could make use of all this information.
I was thinking something like 'tutoring' or 'guides to learning...'

Does anyone think this would be a good niche or have ideas for better keywords?

Is dog toys to broad of a niche or should i do something more narrow like say Dog grooming or Dog clothing and appareal

Sounds like a cool niche to try. I have found most all niche's I try to be a trial and error situation, you just don't know for sure until you try. But, research will be the most important thing and will save you much time in the long run. If you ever need help I have been here a while and fairly successful so far, my skype is sublimedrive too. Good Luck!

I appreciate your offer and might take you up on that. Thanks!.

Hey, I added you on msn messenger. I hope it will work. :)

Let us no how it works out for you!

I did a quick search with the WA keyword tool, and found that 'micro biology tutoring' gets about 100 searches/month and has three competing websites. That would be a great keyword as there is no competition to speak of. When searching keywords, the more specific you can get, the better. Just be sure that your keyword is fully relevant both to what people are searching for and what you are offering... And, try to limit to one subject per page as that will be less confusing for your audience and will improve your search rankings.

Thanks dude
