Well, after being in the workforce for 40 years, I am getting tired of the 9-to-5 routine. I have over 20 years of sales experience as well as management experience. Being born and raised in the country I have had the opportunity to learn how to do many many things. I have several niches to start with, but I can always use some help. Really looking forward to what lies ahead. I trust this opportunity with WA, will be my niche !!!

Hey there and welcome to Wealthy Affiliate. It is great to have you here and I definitely look forward to working with you. My suggestion to you is to take action on what you learn as a good deal of the actual learning will take place during the action? phase.

Getting started is easy here at WA, we have a step-by-step course dedicated to walking you through getting up and running here:

If you have any questions, give me a shout. :)

Hello Kyle, it's day 2 of my starter membership and I am learning a lot. I am starting to get "information overload" though and I have a question for you. My niche is the RV (motorhome camper) business. I intend to make my first website an RV blog. There I will share my rv experiences and give advice to whomever requests it. I also plan on talking about rv products and providing links for products to my marketing affiliates.
I am into lesson 6 and I have opened my Jaaxy account. I have done keyword searches and compiled a list of what I believe to be good ones !

It appears high searches and high traffic come with a high QSR. So, should I focus on keywords with a low QSR and highest possible SEO power or lean more towards searches and traffic with a reasonable QSR and SEO ??

I hope I haven't confused you with all of this jargon, but It is imperative that I get this right the first time. I appreciate any and all help that you could provide.
Respectfully, Wayne

Yeah, focus on lower competition keywords. There is no point in targeting search terms with too much competition, the goal is to get ranked and to do this low competition is important. Rankings lead to traffic and over time, you will continue to cumulatively build up traffic.

Hope this helps :)
