My 6 months are up in a few days - Time to say Goodbye
I did everything I could to succeed, but alas nothing happened.
My wife and I agreed that 6 months would be the end or a new beginning.
Perhaps 6 months is too short.
But it was a milestone set back in February when expectations were high.

You do need to give it more than six months but you also need to do what's right for you. At least back up your site incase you come back.

Hi Richard! I have been here for just over a year now and have not had any sales yet haha. But that's my fault because I haven't really done much in terms of building my website. I only recently got a sudden burst of motivation again and am really keen on getting something going. I am sure there are many others who have been working very hard at their websites here at WA and only started seeing results after a year or so. Hope you reconsider staying :)
I agree with the others, Still my first month, I don't seriously expect any serious returns in the first year, - you are obviously a great contributor and helper with 263 Ranking... Never quit! cheers Tracey

I totally agree that it is too soon....in the 'brick and mortar' realm, one is told not to expect too much up to the first 2 years....you barely have enough time to get training under your belt/site up/etc. in six months....building traffic takes time and effort. Please reconsider your decision.

Sorry to see you go, Richard. I think 6 months is a little too short. You're starting a new business. If it was a brick and mortar business, you might not even be open yet. Just a thought. I made 6 cents in 6 months, the seventh month it started happening. I now have 1K months all the time. You just never know. Sorry to see you leave.

Hi Richard, if you are using time to measure your success, 6 mths is too short. Success come for different people at different times. It all depends on your niche/business and the effort your put in to get it in front of people. While it is good to set goals with time frame in mind we have to make sure they are realistic and measurable,
If you believe you are not able to continue for now or you need a little break, backup your website, just in case you want to return to it. All the best to you and your wife.
