What are you thinking ?
As someone with a passionate interest in NLP, one of my favourite quotes of all time is that of Norman Vincent Peale " Change your thoughts and you change your world "
I bet you've heard it one hundred times right ?
But have you ever stopped to listen to the internal chatter that swirls around your mind ?
from the minute your feet hit the floor in the morning, till the time you lay your head on the pillow at night ....
Wanna hear the stats ?
The average person has between 12 000 to 60 000 thoughts per day
That's staggering !
What's even more staggering, is the fact that according to the research, as many as 80 % of those thoughts are .....
NEGATIVE
It's no wonder so many people give up on their dreams far too soon
Have you ever noticed how wonderful life seems when you are thinking happy, positive thoughts ?
You feel happy
You have so much more energy
Daily chores somehow become easier
People seem to want to be around you more
Your thoughts carry POWER
And it's up to you to take control
So why not make a fresh start tomorrow ?
Start your day with some simple affirmations

" I am blessed and highly favoured "
" I have everything I need to be successful "
" I value myself "
" I am committed to looking at new ways to improve everyday "
