Terrible plugin causing problems on my websites
I had problems on some of my websites: the website was not showing properly and had something to do with the site security (SSL). After turning SSL off and back on again, the problem was solved. But this should of course not happen, and I was not happy with it.
It seems the products from Wealthy Affiliate are not as good as they make you believe. I had some problems before with the site speed, as it was slowing down my website instead of making it faster. I contacted support and they were going to look into it, but I never heard of them anymore.
Now I had another problem; one of my website didn't show up as it should be and it took me a day to find out it was the W3 Total Cache plugin. After turning it off, the problem was solved.
Then I had problems logging in into another website; again I decided to disable the W3 Total Cache plugin, and again the problem was solved. I had a look by the plugin info and it should be compatible with my website. But that must be false information.
After going through the reviews, I've found out that many people have that same problem and the owner doesn't respond to support tickets. And that is not all because it is used by more than a million people.
If you get problems logging in to your website, or your website looks messed up, just check if it could be the W3 total Cache plugin, as WA gives the advice to use it. I could find some information from members who also had problems with this plugin after updating it.
By coincidence, I had just updated the plugin when I got these problems. Now it is turned off and I will look for something better. Updating is not always better!

no cache plugin is going to work with with wa since site speed became.
All I say about support is that I have never had a problem, nay not once with getting help from them.

Thanks for the heads up about this plugin. I've always received instant support with Site Support. Sorry for your frustration. I've had trouble with a couple plugins as well.
I try not to use many plugins because it will slow down my site. And many times the owners will say that it is compatible while it is not the case. They can absolutely not test all the templates with their plugin, so they will say it is 100% compatible. Most of the time the plugin is not working fully unless you buy the premium version. Another reason to say that the plugin is working.
