Alright, story time.
Once upon a time, a man worked in the TV news industry in a small town. While there, he learned about a "new" internet technology that allowed websites to optimize themselves based on the type of device that was displaying the website.
It could even change the ads in the display based on the device.
This, the man learned was called responsive design and was very important since upwards of 90% of traffic came from mobile devices.
One day, while the man was setting up a personal website, he saw the ability to change the theme and noticed that responsive design was included in the list of options.
The moral of the story, use the themes that use responsive design to increase your reach, impressions, and conversions.
