Look take this candlestick, hold it while I teach you all my riches and goods; but if you let it go, I kill you, because in everything I am very strict and I do what I say, said the Lord. The man replied with a pleasant smile on his face.

So the young man kept his focus on the flame and missed the details...HE couldn't get what he asked for. I wonder what to take.
