You do get your own dot com domain with Premium. You need to register it and then "pay" for it using the 30 credits you'll find in your account.
As a Premium member, you have access to all 120 lessons in the 2 streams available from WA. This is all you need to create a profitable online business. The lessons that are only available to Premium Plus members are not core to WA. They are "extras" on specific subjects created by other WA members.
