I tried few times but no luck, it just keeping loading and just a blank screen, Any ideas?

please try to reset your Password
Click manage site -LOG IN NOW- in line of that before you press the Log in button, you will see "RESET"

I would like to place my pages in different order. Home. About Me, WA...etc.
If what Kathy331 said does not work for you than your theme does not support that function. As all themes are different what you can do with one you will not be able to do with another.
Although I am pretty sure all of them can do what you are wanting to do with the menu arrangement but if not you can just pick one of many of themes that will.

Go to Appearance - Menu
On the right you'll see a list of the pages in your menu. Click your mouse on the page you want to move, but keep your finger on the mouse button. Then "drag and drop" the menu item to where you want it to be.

why blank screen? Did you write something in your site? Did you manage to log in?
