One of the gurus here at WA was talking about combining the offline world with the online one. I seriously considered this for a while as I was spending rather too much time just trying to make it work 'online' and never really quite making it.
I have now combined both worlds to maintain a steady income. One from my easycallenglish.com site but more recently I was headhunted to take on a DoS role in Valencia, Spain and moved here last week from Burgundy, France. I am helping to run a small language school here. We have developed a site together and are just beginning to see some decent traffic.
Having utilised google+ as advised here and also adwords (the latter is a bit costly) with google analytics, we are getting there. Of course, I still need more traffic to the site, so here it is.

Just noticed that my ranking has dropped 500 places from March when I was a constant, addicit user. Need to get back into using WA, just a question of time. Still not cracked that age old nut....time management!
