This Week I Had Some Breakthroughs On Youtube Monetisation

I hope you have had a successful week just gone.

My memorable moments have been to break through as a Youtube Partner for monetisation of 3 of my 4 Youtube channels. The issue has been that I had another Google Adsense account. What I seem to have managed to do this week is to associate all my Youtube channels with one Google Adsense account. This may not seem like a particularly noteworthy achievement to some of you but this milestone has eluded me for several months until now.

All of my Youtube chanels have between 3, 000 and 4000 subscribers, and are growing organically, however I need to crack the code for making exciting videos that people want to see and that Youtube wants to show to other visitors to Youtube.

I am using VidIq to help me to identify trending videos and also to monitor my competitiors youtube channels to see what sort of content they are putting out on video, so as to see if I can take inspiration from what they are doing and any success they are achieving.

I have been posting videos fairly consistently but now I need to improve the quality of every video using the criteria that VidIQ identifies for its users such as: Intriguing elements, direct description and relevance, Value to Viewer, Brevity, Use Of Common Formats, Grammar, Emotional Triggers, Universal or Personal Appeal. I find that the sort of guidance given by VidiQ is particularly relevent .

I have evolved as a video maker over the last few years that I have been doing it, but there is still plenty of room for improvement, especailly regarding the energy and spontaityfelt by young performers when presenting a new topic or subject that they have not presented before.

There are plenty of other things going on apart from Youtube videos and what is clear is that I must delegate as much of the day to day running of the business to others in order to free myself up for the really high value tasks that my business demands are carried out, such as winning new business and attracting new investors.

There is a tendency to feel a sense of overwhelm with these sort of activities, which is quite illogical.

You just need to take a decision that you either can or cant accommodate the time required to carry out the activity and move forward using the following principles:
