I hope you all had a great weekend?

Last week was hectic with us, and as always with property transactions there were some setbacks.

Our first project in Bodmin Cornwall, that we are endeavouring to exchange contracts on currently, is snagged up in AntiMoney Laundering Requirements, which is quite bizarre considering that we are only talking at the moment about a small amount of money to enable us to secure an option on a property for development into 13 x 1 bed flats or bungalows.

That is a challenge to get funded since the Gross Development Value is aroun d $4million, so we need to find around $400k of equity.

Considering that we have another 5 projects in the pipeline behind this one and the funding problem is around 5 x greater, ie to find around $2m of equity.
