Hi Everyone,

I hope you had a great weekend, wherever you are in the world?

Yesteday I was recovering from an intense week of learning and inspiration at a property retreat in Marbella Spain, where the main topic of discussion was property trading of share options.

This was not property trading involving actual physical property, it was trading of property share options, so there are no physical assets involved in this sort of trading. These are trading options on shares in US Trusts and Funds.

I have become aware of this sort of trading over the last couple of years, especially one particular strategy that generates 1.5% per month, that is 18% per annum.

More recently I have become aware of many more advanced strategies, 14 in all, that enable an operator to achieve returns of up to 50% on trades.

I am definitely going in this direction with my property business, as the reliability of this form of investment is far less risky than the purchase of properties for improvement or development.

There are far too many obstacles and risks involved in the purchase of physical properties for development, so to have the opportunity to participate in a low risk investment strategy and strategies is quite refreshing.

I will be writing a lot more blog posts and making several more videos to explain this sort of inline property trading over the next few months.
