Network Marketing WeFi - Is It Good?

Hi Everyone,

I hope you had a great week?

My week has been dominated by the usual property stuff, and trying to get an exchange of contracts on a property for conversion to 13 x 1 bed flats and bungalows. All this property stuff takes an age and is frought with risk and difficulties.

I have been looking for other businesses that produce cashflow in the short term and are easier to implement.

In the background I have been exposed to an opportunity which is counter-intuitive on two counts.

Firstly it is a network marketing scheme, which i have evaluated previously and rejected in principle as being limited by the number of your friends and family who would know like and trust you in order to buy from you, so quite limited.

I have revisited the principle of Network Marketing again in the light of the internet and the ability to talk and present 1: many, and perhaps its worthy of reconsideration. Really?

Secondly the opportunity has a crypto element, which i have avoided since I was scammed a few years ago. A red flag?

This opportunity is a new crypto currency as well as a bank and a money exchange called WeFi.co.

Has anyone come across WeFi.co, and does anyone have any experience of how it operates. Also has anyone done any due diligence and investigations about WeFi.com?

It seems that it could be a big thing?

Have a great weekend ahead!

Cheers

Alan

A quick search online Alan:

Yes, there are significant "bad reviews" and safety warnings regarding the investment platform associated with the domain wefi.co.

Financial experts and user reviews widely caution against using WeFi due to a lack of regulation by any top-tier financial authority, which puts user funds at significant risk.

Key Concerns from Reviews

Unregulated Status: BrokerChooser, a broker evaluation service, explicitly states that WeFi is not regulated by a top-tier regulatory body like the SEC, FCA, or ASIC, and strongly advises avoiding it. The lack of regulatory oversight is a primary indicator of high risk.

Potential Scam Association: Searches and reviews often associate "wefi deobank" with terms like "scam," and the platform is sometimes promoted via unsolicited emails or social media, which are common tactics used by fraudulent schemes.

High-Risk Investments: The company is associated with "high-risk investments" and concerns about the legitimacy of its associated WEFI token are prevalent.

Lack of Transparency: There is sparse publicly available information regarding WeFi's licensing status, company registration details, or operational framework, contributing to uncertainty and risk exposure for users.

Trustpilot and Other Platforms

The general Trustpilot page for wefi.co indicates the company may be associated with high-risk investments. Other snippets from employment review sites like Glassdoor mention internal issues like demanding work environments, low compensation, and job insecurity due to business success issues, but these are separate from the external customer/investor safety concerns.

In summary, for users considering WeFi for financial investment, the reviews are overwhelmingly negative and advise extreme caution or complete avoidance due to major safety and legitimacy concerns.

Sounds risky indeed.
