Hi Everyone,

I hope you have had a good week, and are enjoying the Bank Holiday weekend (if you are in the UK).

My week was pretty much about learning and familiarising myself with the @Property Entrepreneur BluePrint For Success, a tried and tested system to take property and other business entrepreneurs to the next level.

The system was founded by Nottingham England property entrepreneur @Daniel Hill, and his top team of coaches, @Adam Ross, @Josh Keegan and @Shiv Haria, who are all extremely successful businessmen entrepreneurs in their own right, and some of whom have exited their businesses and sold them for large sums of money, millionaires and financially free in their thirties.

Daniel Hill is a remarkable entrepreneur who wrote the book Karma Credits, and is a leading UK property entrepreneur. He attended a Property Investors Network meeting and found an investor who trusted him with £1m to start his remarkable property journey.

The 3 day retreat demonstrated the system that Daniel Hill and his co-directors have evolved consisting of 3 levels: 1. Landlord, 2. Investor, and 3 Entrepreneur.

There are 4 seasons Winter, when it is cold and planning and strategy are formulated and clarity about objectives is defined.

Springtime, when systems are defined, processes finalised and capacity is improved.

Summertime when the company can scale and grow, in full flow.

Autumn time is for getting clear on objectives for the next year, making progress towards building your financial fortress, allowing you to keep the money that you have generated by organising your company structures to be highly tax efficient.

There are 5 problems that are applicable to every company or business which are:

1. Lack of Clarity
2. Lack of Leads
3. Lack Of Finance
4. Lack of capacity
5. Lack Of Systems

The Property Entrepreneur team coaches participants through the resolution of these problems month by month during the year long course.

The 3 day event was high energy and intensive learning with lots of audience participation, led by some team leaders from the Property Entrepreneur coaching team.

I am looking forward to joining the Property Entrepreneur Blueprint when it starts in October 2025, and following in the footsteps of several highly successful entrepreneurs that I have already met, and know from my property network.

As Daniel Hill often says Success and Failure are both predicatable.
