HI Everyone

I hope that your week is going well so far, its wednesday!

The last few weeks have been pretty hectic with various property deals as the main focus.

Im undergoing some mindset training with Mindset2Results.com and @~Elena Apalkova and @`Roxandra Nicheta. Elena, the founder of mindset2results, was trained by Bob Proctor and I am enjoying working on my inner self and recognizing the habits that dont serve me any more, and gradually changing these so that i can change my results in a relatively short period of time. Roxandra is a lovely coach and mentor who is very energetic and is the joint founder of The Circle Of Fame with Elena.

Our Alpus Group team has grown from the original 3 people since the inaugural Circle Of Fame/ Inspire event on 9th August in Portsmouth, and we have refined our presentation so as to appeal to beginners in property.

Now we have 5 people plus in our team and we are expanding our capabilities, and also our workload.

We will be presenting "How To Get Started In Property" at the CircleOfFame/Transform event to be held on 15-16th November 2025 at The Brooklands Hotel, Weybridge, Surrey England.

We formed a new joint venture company called Alpus Lime Developments Ltd, that will carry out Specialised Supported Housing in the UK. We have one project that we are about to exchange contracts on, which is a closed down Nursing Home that will convert into 8 x 1 bed flats and 5 x 1 bed bungalows. These will be let under a 25 year Full Repairing And Insuring lease to a Registered Care Providerthus providing rental income of around £220,000 per annum thats more than $250,000. And that rental income increases at the rate of iinflation every year, as the agreement is that it is index linked.

We have also been bidding for some other new projects including one in the centre of London in a good location near to Kings Cross Rail Station.

Things have been getting busier and by the end of 2025 we should have 6 or so projects under way. From a slow start in quarter 1, we are finishing the year quite strongly and we have good prospects for 2026.

Its been quite a rollercoaster few years, but we are finally making great progress towards the growth that we would like.
