AI Marketing Mastermind Event With The Internet Business School, in UK

Hi Everyone,

I hope you had a successful week just finished.

My week was pretty busy and the main event was a 3 day AI Marketing Mastermind Event at the Sheraton Skyline hotel at Heathrow Airport London, England, run by Simon Coulson of The Internet Business School, and his team including Stas Propkoviev a very successful online marketer who owns Clients and Consultinga marketing agency.

During the 3 days there was an intense review of the available AI tools for business covering the whole range of tools for blogging and especially for video, and focussing on offers and how you can convert your offers to sales..

The Internet Business School operates a version of Go High Level which they adapted and call The Ultimate Business System, and I have subscribed to using that as part of my working with the Internet Business School.

I have participated in many events and subscribed to many of The Internet Business School's products and services over the last 5 years, since I have been doing my online business in the U, and I would say that they are at the forefront of AI in the UK, and recommend going in to AI wholeheartedly during the next 2 years or so. They equate the AI revolution to be like the revolution from horse power to automobiles, except it is happening in fast time..

I also work with one of the speakers at the event called Jeremy Mason who is an experienced videographer.

The 3 day event was awesome and I really feel that I updated my knowledge about AI tools and softwares, and got a really good appreciation about prompt engineering and especially the big advances made in the use of ChatGPT for creating AI faceless videos. Heygen software seems particularly outstanding.

Although many of my videos are done by me personally, especially for the property side of my business in order to keep them authentic to me and my property offers, I also need some faceless videos for other affiliate marketing offers that I do as well.

The amount of content that seems to be necessary to get peoples attention seems to be growing, I dont know if anyone else is finding this?

I use VIDIQ to help me to identify trending ideas with the prospect for high numbers of views, for 3 of my youtube channels. 2 of the 3 channels are around the subject of property (@alpusgroup and @alpuspropertydevelopment) and the third channel is to do with @BusinessesToStartOnAShoestring, low cost business startups.

To make a very productive week even more beneficial I also attended an event in Birmingham England on Saturday about a different property strategy involving buying properties at Below Market Value and then putting them for sale at auction without doing much to them, except making sure that they look distressed, so they are more attractive as "Fixer Uppers". This is about Active income from property, rather than Passive income.

The unusual thing about this strategy is that you dont improve the property and hold it for the long term, you are carrying out arbitrage, buying in one market place at a low price and selling in another marketplace at a higher price, without improving the property. It was certainly a new strategy for me and it was useful for making large sums of money without massive risk. There are things that can go wrong, but it is a relatively simple strategy relying on speed of turnover.

I really feel that this week has been extremely productive.
