A Successful Meeting With A Reputable Investor and Mentor; Sustainomics

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all enjoying your weekend, and feeling relaxed after the weekend?

Our management team had a good day on Friday, when we met with a potential mentor and investor in our business, who lives not far from me, by coincidence.

We need to get access to funding sources in order to build our property business, and we became aware of this expert, who i have known for a few years, and who has an excellent professional reputation. Following a successful meeting, the mentor and investor has agreed to work with us.

His company is called Sustainomics and it enables small companies to make contact with the right investors and commercial providers of capital to enable expansion and growth to take place efficiently.

Obviously there is a cost to engaging a person and a company like this, but we are banking on the benefits of involving him in our business, far outweighing the costs.

There are always risks in business, and of course this course of action is a risk and requires funding as well, in the region of £50k or $60k.

Yesterday I spent with Simon Zutshi a top property guru in the UK, together with a group of other Next Level Property Masterminders, and we were reminded of the large number of opportunities in the UK property market at the moment. There are many motivated sellers and we are educated with different tools that can help to solve property problems, such as creative finance and purchase lease options.

So effectively our little company is in the right place at the right time, and provided that we are cautious and measured with our aspirations, we should be able to grow significantly during the next few years, with the right financial backing, and by choosing the right profitable investments and projects that will return a good profit.

We are also working towards our next Circle of Fame event to be held 15-16th November, which will be held in Weybridge Surrey, on the outskirts of London, and our team will be updating our "Wealth Creation Through Property" presentation and further rolling out our A.L.P.U.S. Unique Branded Solution for property investment and development to another in person audience with many attendees online from round the world.
