Suggestion for WA Upgrading System With New Function

I had a quick thought to upgrade the system more to help our network, may be the functions is already added in the system may be I can't find it.
I was looking for to Live Chat with my Referral like facebook so I can talk directly with my referral they will feel more close to me and I can help them to start their online business.
I was looking for Direct Message to my Referral, is this function available or you have to make it.
Or is there any media to talk my referral so I can start the conversation with him.
This was my suggestion to add in WA let see what do you say on it

how is that, I can not get their email or something so I can chat with them about it..can you share the process please..
Do you have a G+ account? If you do they would need one too. Then you two can create your own chat hang outs anytime you want.

You would have to get that info from them. Send them a message or post on their profile to contact you.
