My domain status says "expired on December 5th 2018", we are in October 12th 2018, how come it shows as expired?

My domain status says "expired on December 5th 2018", we are in October 12th 2018, how come it shows as expired?
Your domain name is due to expire on December 5th 2018 unless you renew the registration. If you have Auto Renew turned on then the renewal will happen automatically about a month before the expiration date.
I know that, but it shows as "expired" not Live. The domain is live, but it shows as expired and I can't access its settings. I can access other domains settings, but the one im interested in shows as expired when we arent even close to the date of expiration.

Contact site support, they should be able to fix this for you.
