Add Attributions to your Blog Posts

Hi Guys
When we write our own blog posts, how do we prove that it is our own information?
Do we have to provide an attribution to the source? even if our posts are re written differently?
I just fear sometimes when writing content that people think it is theirs and not your own original content how do we prove it's our original content?
I'd like to hear some suggestions and Tips about this
