Does Cloudflare work with WA hosting and does it speed up website loading times? How does this impact the W3 Total Cache plugin?
Wealthy Affiliate hosted sites are pretty fast of their own accord, particularly if you use a caching plugin like WP Super Cache.

YES, it absolutely speeds up your site. Mine went from 10-30 secs (WA DNS) load time to under 2 by using Cloudflare
The problem is if you don't use WA/SiteRubix DNS they will remove your domain from WA. Cloudflare works well with W3TC.
