Yes you can cancel, actually I think that resetting will be your best option :D

That situation is not new to me. I want to erase the site but I cannot. The case is the sites are created under different domains but what is being registered is the old one that is in the subdomain.
I consulted the Site Support but they said I should consult Google.

Help me decide now friends. Please give me reasons, why not to quit @ WA?
According to your profile...you just joined last month. And who knows when last month. Today is July 9th. So maximum you could only have been here for about 39 days....or minimum 10 days depending on what day in June you joined.
Sorry, but this community is not about begging and convincing people to join or stay a member.
It's about you coming in here with reasonable business goals, you getting busy with work, and you moving forward with your business.
In case you missed it....the key word above...is YOU.
Your question kind of leads us to believe that you're dissatisfied in some way with WA or with your accomplishments here. I don't know if that's actually the case, but that's what it sound like.
The "greener pastures" you mention in your profile are here for the taking. It's all up to you!

You should NOT quit, why?. Because it says in your profile that you are hardworker and searching for greener pastures. This is what the training at WA can offer you when combined with being a hard worker.

Then, just ask questions, either through this blogging system or through the live chat and get more person to person assistance; this will help give you the idea that you are NOT lost!
I just joined 2 weeks ago and I have been plugging along,making progress till 2 days ago,I am now stuck with a problematic web site and have not heard from either Kyle or Carson .I am a premium member who I understood could get help personally from either of them.I do not know what to say.Understand also that there is no guarantee you will make money,that is in the disclosure.
Did you message Kyle directly? I always hear back from hi m within 24 hours. But you you have to message him directly through your profile page.

Not that Kyle and Carson couldn't help, but I'm sure there are many other members of this site who also have the knowledge to get your website sorted out.
I suggest that you start and ask yourself the following questions:
Why did I join? Did I put in a solid effort to meet the goals of joining?
i) have I completed the training and applied what I learned to build a solid foundation?
ii) Did I go back numerous times when I got stuck and relearn the lessons until I was proficient in the required tasks or reach out for help?
ii) Did I do the research on keywords, my niche and the competition, relevant subject matter of my tasks, training, research and review question answers etc...
iii) Have I created a website that I am proud of ?
iv) Where are my weaknesses and have I reached out for help in those areas?
v) Do I need to do a rebuild of some aspects of what I have done?

I think you have to ask yourself why you joined in the first place. If you are anything like me you probably came across this amazing community via a referral from a website that warned you against one of the many online scams. This probably means you are looking for a way to create an alternative income.
What you should be asking yourself is not whether you should quit WA, but the grander question of whether you are willing to put in the work to be successful online. It won't happen in a month. It takes time, but you have to be accountable for your success. If you don't feel WA can guide you for the long haul then it's not the right place. Just be aware that jumping ship to buy into some get rich quick scheme won't get you any closer towards your goals.
I just re-read your profile..I see you joined here last month which is when I joined. Also, of note..you stated in your profile about yourself, and I quote:
"A goal- setter, hardworking, searching for a greener pasture".
Seemed like a perfect fit!
When I began following you I believe my welcome was something to the effect of " Welcome to the other side of the fence "The Greener Pasture side".. ;-)

I am nowhere near at this point of making any money but I am enjoying learning what I need to do to make that happen and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Well, read over and think about what others are saying to you here in their responses. You are getting lots of support here! PM me if you wish I will be glad to help you find confidence in yourself...I am actually kind of good at that even though I don't know squat about much else. I have a knack for finding good in others and have an ability (at least in my own mind)-lol! to help instill confidence back in others when it is fading or even lost. Seriously!
Did you really just join the end of June 2017? I have to agree with most, you have not given it enough time. How far have you gotten with the training? Have you even set up a site yet? Since you paid for the Premium at some point, at least finish up your first month before jumping off a moving train going 90 miles an hour. I would think you would have gone that fast through the training if you are done already.
Is it just me or do I sense a bit of sarcasm? I do have to say I have never experienced such a helpful community ANYWHERE! Thanks everyone, all sarcasm aside. :)
No, don't quit. WA is great and you always have plenty of help from everyone. People are eager to help. If u quit u will always wonder, "I wonder where I would b now if I had of stayed with WA and how much money I would b making now with my website." It doesn't take long to have your website going. It is well worth it, it's a lot easier than what I would have ever thought. Sure, there r some hard steps as with anything but u never have to worry about that at WA because the help is endless! U couldn't get more help any where else.
Your welcome but remember it takes a little bit for any type of business to get going but it will.
You haven't been aboard long enough to have exhausted the training. If you came to try to set up your own web business, you should dedicate at least 3 months to actually making an attempt to make a go of it. If you don't really care, then save your money and energy and quit.

Just being observant. When I click follow to someone's profile, WA says invalid user. Does it mean that profile is not active anymore? That profile always pop up in my follow c
Yes, I assumed they have left WA, when I received those messages.
If you click on the envelope icon, at the top of the page between the airplane icon and your photo, you will see a list of conversations you have had with other members. On that list, you will see some marked "not active". I think that means they have left WA.
I hope you get it sorted out, so it does not become annoying.

Just being observant. When I click follow to someone's profile, WA says invalid user. Does it mean that profile is not active anymore? That profile always pop up in my follow c
Yes, I assumed they have left WA, when I received those messages.
If you click on the envelope icon, at the top of the page between the airplane icon and your photo, you will see a list of conversations you have had with other members. On that list, you will see some marked "not active". I think that means they have left WA.
I hope you get it sorted out, so it does not become annoying.
