About http and https concerns
Problem logging in from outside to your site? I encountered this problem below a week ago, if you are using free site, typed http:// . You can not use https:// to free sites. I was able to log in to my site with the quick response from Site Support and it works.

Thanks for sharing Ai. I did not encounter this problem, but if I do, SiteSupport is surely the way to go.
I had same problem and I contacted the support team who responded promptly enough for me to continue with my training.
Even after doing the necessary migration from http to https on site manager, You may still encounter the problem. All you need is to contact the support team, it took them less than 2 mins to resolve the problem in my own case.
