Format That Disk
If only humans are like computers, we'll format the disk and move on as if nothing happened in the past that can hinder us from reaching our goals. Nothing should really obstruct us from reaching those goals, most especially when they are reasonable and appropriate. However, the greatest limitations we have is our mind and the volume of information that have been accepted as either true or meaningful. To move forward, it becomes essential to leave the past behind, clear our minds and move to the next level.
How shall we clear our minds from things that have helds us back? Using meditation and information, we can format the disk of our minds and realign it to our new goals, dreams and aspirations. Meditation allows us to pause and disconnect before loading up new information. Meditation may come in whatever style, but the essential thing is to disconnect and refresh before loading up new information.
It's time to pause, breath in, out and disconnect from everything and be with, and by yourself all alone, enjoy your presence, your being here and in the moment. Nothing else is more important than taking the each breath, feeling alive and enjoying it. This shouldn't depend on your mood but on your life, which you have in you as you read this now.
Breath in again, and out. Format that disk for the task ahead!

I agree. The mental blocks when many get here I address first. Because they will happened. The only way to get pass them is to take a breath. And break if needed and refocus ones mind and continue to tell oneself that i can do it!!! Positive reinforcement is key and will power is the key hole. Just got to know how to put two and two together. ;)
Great post and encouraging and inspiring post we all have these mental blocks or better know as writer's block you gave some great advice and that is what we all have to do so we can relax and come up with great content.
