Down, But Not Out
I know that I am still new, within the first month at that. I have been trying to work hard and get my site to where I can step back from it a little bit when I go back to work. I wanted to be able to focus my time on it to the point that I can enter a few posts a week and continue with my life until I start making good progress.
Being a beginner, I know it is going to take time to make sales, and gain any kind of real income from being an affiliate marketer.
I was so exited to have as much content as I did when black friday rolled around. I was sure that it would be my starting point. But nothing. Then cyber monday came and went, and still nothing. I had it in my head that this was where I would break through and make a sale.
I am a little bit bummed because I did not make a sale over the last few days. But I know it is just how it goes and I have to keep working towards my goal. I will keep going with my head up, and I will eventually start making regular sales.
I wanted to say this because there may be others in the same boat that I am, that are new and were hoping for results on black friday. Keep your head up, we will make progress!

Hello A, chin up...the KEY here is to remember, you ARE taking action and in time, everything will find 'its' place. So congratualte yourself for small successes, they will all cumulate into that BIG success when you least expect it.

I am so sorry you expected to make a sale so quickly. How far in the training have you got?
Aim for three quality posts a week. When you hit 100, the chances are Google will consider you an authority site. Then you will see traffic rise dramatically. This will start you earning some income.
Consider this like a university education. There is no magic bullet here. It takes hard consistent work to build your asset that will pay you residual income.
Sadly building a website alone does not follow the maxim, build it and they will come. You have to use Search Engine Optimization to attract traffic. The best way to succeed is to go through the lessons and do the homework.
This does work. Maybe not as fast as you expected. Those who eventually succeed are those who never give up.

Agillingham, you are starting out pretty strong. You are barely a month old on this platform and you have all these accomplishments under your belt. You should be proud of yourself.
Don't be discouraged. In this business, it takes time to gain traction. Give it some time and you will soon be smiling to the bank

I'm new here too but we will all get there. So don't worry! The one good thing is that once the traffic starts and the brand gains traction, even old posts will continue to bring in affiliate income an year or two later. It will all be worth it in the end.
Also maybe you can think about other not-so-popular niches to add on to your list? Hope this helps.
