Aggie Man, Good to see your back. Are you doing the 10 day trial or have you actually joined? First things first, all of those would be good niches, but you should just choose one to start with, trust me, in the beginning you may be tempted to keep creating site after site without really getting even one completely off the ground. Once you learn the ropes so to speak with any one of the ideas you have, at some point you will be able to progress faster with future sites should you decide to have multiple sites. So the very best thing you can do right now is to get in the mind set of choosing one and setting some reachable goals for its progress and commit only to work that particular site for at least two months, at some point during that time( you will know when that time comes) you will begin to start planning your other site ideas, (not saying that is how it should be,just saying as you progress you may find your self wanting to start adding more sites) by all means if you get ideas for sites then be sure to write them down somewhere that you can find them whenever your ready to pursue them, when you write them down then you can put them aside and get back to work on your first site, basically use your first site to develop the discipline it takes to make this thing rock, it's not hard, but it is work, and discipline is key. Treat it like a real business because that is what it is and will be, and you control it. Read the 10 day getting started and really absorb it, then move into the 30 day, stay disciplined, if you get confused about anything, seriously,just ask , with your blog here at WA, or in the chat, you will quickly find answers. Do the wabinars, if you attend them live that's very educational and you can ask questions of Jay live, if you can't make it live, view the recordings, still extremely helpful.
Treat all of this for the next little while just like you did you education at A&M. You are in a prime position to take this a run with it. Sorry for such a long comment and I know you will have many more questions and that's a good thing, very quickly you will be sharing what you're learning with future members who come on board from this point forward.
Bottom line don't stop doing what you are doing now, you've already jumped into chat, and that was fun, now you've made your first blog post,keep that up and stay connected and interact as much as possible and when you get discouraged or frustrated, just let us know, someone here or many someone's when quickly come to your aid.
