The streets are full of violence and drugs/alcohol are a major part of the problem. What has happened to America.Why don't we care enough to help. The cost of treating the problem is pennies compared to the loses. That includes money, hospital cost, doctors cost, jail and prison cost, and total lose of life. If some of you could begin to help me with this taste, who knows who might begin chipping in. The people who need it the most can't work and have insurance. The Apple health program is a big joke. There are waiting lines for months out, and they get the cheapest form of treatment that is not effective. I think that is the plan to keep all the money in the system.
