Here's a post which explains the registration fee. It's actually an anti-fraud measure. Why does Awin want $5 to join their affiliate network? AXA does allow you to use your choice of banner ads or text links. They have been a consistent performer on the Awin network. They do not offer a pay per click option. Consumers must purchase a travel insurance policy in order for you to earn a commission.
