Question about moving websites.
So I just recently purchased a new domain. I changed the DNS settings to point to both of WAs servers. When I went to move my siterubix website over to the one I just bought I got an error at the end of the process. I'm not sure what I did wrong as I followed exact directions from the WA Guide. Is there anything else that I should have done that wasn't included in the WA Guide. I'm beginning to get really frustrated with all this. I put up a support ticket about this issue and it's almost 24 hours that I have not received any support. I'm actually not sure what else I can do at this point.

I feel your pain! and frustration! same thing happend to me twice. where did you puchase your domain? i got mine from namecheap. I had to go back and spent hrs having to go through the whole process of pointing back to WA. Im not very experienced. But, send a message to @RICH. or catch him on live chat. He helped me. He prob wont be around until tomorrow morning. London. Im in Ireland. contact me agin if you dont get any help. i remeber that day.
